Payment/Billing:

Tidy Obsession accepts only the methods of payment stated on the website during the order process. The customer independently chooses the preferred way of paying among the offered payment methods.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise, but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. 

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
 
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.


Availability

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online store.


Discount codes:

All discount codes and price discounts are issued in NZD. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please see above for more information on our Privacy Policy. The customer acknowledges and consents to Tidy Obsession storing the customer's personal data necessary to processing an order. The customer explicitly consents to collecting, processing and using their personal data. Stored personal data will be treated confidentially.

The customer has the right to revoke their consent with future effect. In such a case, we are obliged to erase or block personal data in accordance with the applying data protection regulations.

All content published and made available on our website is the property of Tidy Obsession and its Sites creators. This includes but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our website.
